i will separate my posts into few posts just in case the laptop hang...i went night cycling on the night of 12th May 06 to the next day...it was an interesting experience...i had tot that night cycling was about cycling at night on pavement...not on the road-__-
i was a total burden to the whole group in the first hour or so i think?i cant kept my balance and yet i was pissed off when others tried to help me.i think the main reason was that i was angry with myself for being that incompetent(right word?) and also that partly i dun understands wat william was talking abt.they tot it was my bike's problem when i had trouble going upslope...i kept insisting that it was me and felt really paiseh...but later on they realised that mine was without gear adjustment and thats y i couldnt changed into an easier gear suitable for upslope.
i was able to maintain after changing the bike with william...(thanks liam!)though still slow...but other than some staggering i am still okie la...but felt bad that i slowed down the whole thing=x i forgot wats the name of the first place we came to... but the second place was newton circus(merv said its expensive there..sad..)...we had some dishes for the game(linking of food names)stingray,prawn noodles..some paos..was quite sian diao when one girl poked at the buns...what the..our hands all so dirty from the bike handles and she still anyhow poke...i was like she better finished them(those she touched)off. later on she also tried to overtake me at a point when we were getting ready to cross the road...pissed la..i m not that good in controlling le still did this...i was abit shocked she wanted to overtake and i stopped my bike afraid that i would knock into her-__-
later on we went to lavender where our group had given up on the competition and were just slacking around and watching tv at the centre...last stop before going back was kallang..2 songs were sang and views were shared between some students and their teacher who would soon be leaving the church. me and jing decided to take the van when going back as both of us would be working in the "next day" which is like few hours away.
heard from jy and yl that the return journey quite tough as pple starts to speed up and the group became "loose"...pple at the front went too fast...while pple at the back sometimes had no idea where to go as they caught no sight of the bikers in the front.hahah diaoz right..moreover drag here and there soon they met with the morning traffic...
luckily i survived the day at work without much problems..or so i thought..haha...phew...mother's day also over le...i bought mom a book...auntie seria an interior book...really hoped she liked it...aunt a pair of earrings..sin's mom a necklace(sin sharing) and some food for my uncle's wife...but my mom forked out the money leh...wa must pay her back somehow...if not more like she give de..
