Long time since i rant hor...but i need to cut down on my swears and curses. Trying to be a more refined person you see.
Maybe it's inborn, maybe it's the environment, i cant help picking on certain pple despite the fact that i am sucky too.
Came by a blog just now. Though her/his views are kind of extreme to me, i have to agree with some of the points stated there. Working makes me comes into contact with pple i dislike.
Eg 1. He came and asked for a certain comic. By right it shld arrive today. But since we should always display our magazines before our books (and we have 50 cartons of magazines), books usually have to wait till weekend. He told me it was released in Japan on the 21st Dec. Guess he forgot he is living in Singapore, and Japan is definitely not beside us.I also waited more than 2 weeks for my comic wat.
Eg 2. These grp are our source of income, occasionally pains in the asses. Sometimes they are not happy cos they cant get their hands on the cards in the books. I loathe guys who get worked up over these kind of cards, typical loser reaction. A certain percentage of them need to improve on expressing themselves, be it in written or spoken form.
Eg 3. People who insisted on browsing at photo albums. I think they have no brains. How you like someone leaving fingerprints all over YOUR book just because they wan to BROWSE it? And later on they think, "hey this is not wat i want" then return it to the shelve and expect someone else will buy the books with all their dirt on them. Go drool at porn instead. PUI.

I was eating the butter cake my mom and aunt baked. All of a sudden, i realised the world is full of wonderful things. Who would have thought that powdery flour,eggs,butter,sugar can turn into soft and yummy cakes???Even the texture also sooooo different!!! All this happen inside a box called microwave=DD

Sin and yl came to my house on 14th of Dec. Bake some butter cakes together. Ok la i gave the less effort so even if its nice i cannot receive any credits. Yl kept pushing chocolate into his mouth, i hope he is still fine since he was actually sick the night he came over. The first round they baked turned out to be biscuits instead of cakes as they were over-baked and turn brown/black.
At first we still thought of going for a movie after baking the cakes. But end up we can only packed up at nearly 12am! But at least sin managed to complete what she wanted to do. Now she is already on Japan.
Yesterday (15th of Dec) met up with wen for a small chat. She dropped by the bookstore. Really happie to see her. I am starting to miss everyone ever since i came back. Maybe because its year-end, i feel like enjoying myself to the most. We discuss on how baka yan was in Japan enjoying himself now. Wanted to open gathering in his house de neh. Then after job went to meet cb to pass him the windbreaker. Sorry wor sin i didnt wait for u cos i just wan to get rid of all the sounvenirs on my hands. Luckily the windbreaker fits him nicely. I thank my mom for choosing the right size. Oh oh and cb said i am the first one to know he got himself a new handphone! Woohoo! \^o^/ But he dun really know how to operate it, haha lousy. Ate at the sun plaza food court and sat till 10 plus. Hope i got something to look forward to on Christmas eve and New Year eve =D

Woohoo! First entry since returning from China. Been hectic since then, today is my first rest day. First day of morning shift really high, cos thanks to the flight delay, i only managed to reach home at 1am plus and sleep at 3am. Alot of miscommunications with my frens about gathering also. Became more stupid when i came home.
Then 13th of December we met up to celebrate jing's birthday. Ate at the hk restaurant at cineleisure. I was deprived of western food so i ordered fish n chips. It was a wrong choice as the fish looked like the size of a half chicken.
These are the 2 hippos i bought for her in China.I think the grren one looks more like a dinosaur. The grey one is another version of Xiao Pi, the eye-opened version.
We 'donated' some money for her to buy a watch. We are just a bunch of poor people. Cant even afford a watch for her, haha she still need to fork out own money to foot the balance. Anyway sin suggested we stuff the money into an ang bao. She managed to get a really toot looking one, got those new-year feel de.
I never got to see whats inside, a card and the envelope designed by baoli. It reads "Gorgeous meijing". That's rubbish. Note the cakes in front of her, they are $1.50 per piece. Jing blew off the candles before we could take a photo. Now her new camera has a quick shutter, but the person holding the camera always got slow reaction. So in the end all our photos were taken under the condition of holding our pose and smiles for at least 5 sec.
Group photo. We tried to take some neoprints afterwards. Couldnt' upload them as they are pdf files. Anyway kind of sucks cos we were in a mess while taking the photos. All the youngsters there must be thinking why these lao zha bor still trying to act young and come to take neoprints.
